Family estate based in Jonquieres in the Herault district. Vineyards are in majority from the AOC Côteaux du Languedoc, Terrases du Larzac and some of them in the terroir of "St Saturnin".

The domain was created in 2006 and actually they have 10ha of vineyards.

Old vines and Manual harvest

• Grenache (50 %)
• Mourvèdre (20 %)
• Carignan (30 %)
• Vineyard average age 35 years old

Calcareous stony soils
Vine producing 30 hl/ha
Manually selection of best grapes

We use a conveyor belt to put grapes on vats
Traditional maceration in stainless steel vats
Maturation for 12 months in both stainless steel vats and new French oak barrels

Home bottling

• Degree of alcohol per volume : 13,5 % Vol
• Residual sugar: < 1g/L
• Total acidity: 2, 84 g H2SO4/L
