Romain Perfetti, the winemaker, is a disarmingly modest young man, he has inherited a small estate in Patrimonio, generally considered in Corsica to be the Appellation with the most potential for red and white wines, due to the rare presence of calcium and clay in the classic part of the zone.

The wines:

The Perle noir (“Black Pearl”), 100% Carignan Corsica is classified table wine as France Carignan grape is not a Corsican, it can be used in single-varietal Term Patrimonio. A resumption of these old vines (planted in 1962), it is a wine of pure pleasure, perfect for cocktail dinatoire.

The Patrimonio AOC Red has a deep nose roasting, dark fruit, fleshy and full, yet firm tannin finish.
