Cave oedoria

Bordered to the north by the Mâconnais vinegrowing area, to the south by the Monts du Lyonnais, to the east by the Saône Valley and to the west by the Massif Central, the Beaujolais region covers around 1750 Km2. Its eastern area is the best well-known of the region, where vines carpet the hills and where wine reigns supreme.

The Beaujolais vineyards are all planted with the Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc grape variety, the only one used to make our 12 appellations. The Cave Oedoria is a good example of what Beaujolais can produce.

The vinegrower members of the cellar have been committed to a policy of vinification by Terroir and Estate to meet the ever-increasing requirements for authenticity and tracability of their products. Everything possible is done to respect the needs and characteristics of the Gamay grape to the full (the only grape variety used for Beaujolais) and to craft wines that are true to type for your enjoyment.
